Three finger tap with libinput-0.20.0-2.fc22
libinput-0.20.0-3.fc22 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 22. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/libinput-0.20.0-3.fc22 No, libinput-0.20.0-3-fc22 did not fix this. Richard - did you intend to comment here or was this supposed to go to bug 1246868? libinput-0.20.0-3.fc22 has been pushed to the Fedora 22 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. (In reply to Peter Hutterer from comment #4) > Richard - did you intend to comment here or was this supposed to go to bug > 1246868? Apologies, yes it was meant for 1246868 |
Created attachment 1055313 [details] Three finger tap with libinput-0.19.0-3.fc22 libinput 0.20 breaks three finger tap on my touchpad, so I don't know how to middle click with it any more. Reverting to 0.19 fixes it. This is an ETPS/2 Elantech Touchpad in an ASUS N56VZ laptop. I'm attaching evemu-record outputs done for a three finger tap with libinput-0.19.0-3.fc22 (where it works) and libinput-0.20.0-2.fc22 (where it doesn't, nor does it with 0.20.0-1.fc22). 0.20 seems to work worse in general too, for example two finger scrolling and selecting text feels harder to accomplish than with 0.19.
