We need to document dmstats when it moves out of tech preview. It may be in tech. preview for 7.2 but we need to check on this.

Still seems to be in tech. preview for 7.2 as of today.

First version of article now published, but we still need to add examples and make updates for any 7.4 new features so I'm leaving this BZ open.

This info is not release dependent so I'm moving this to RHEL 7.7 to keep if off the 7.6 list for now.
