Description of problem:

http://selinuxnews.org seems hopelessly outdated. Last post is from 2012.
The documentations on the NSA page are all from 2007 or older.

Since we probably use the RHEL SELinux Guide as a base for a next Fedora SELinux Guide (this direction is not optimal but the RHEL version of this guide is currently ahead), I'm changing the component of this bug.
