There are two issues with the packaging of marisa-perl:

1) a generically-named script (sample.pl) is installed into a non-package-specific location.  This script (and the other bindings' samples which are not installed) requires a sample.dic file alongsides, without which it does not work.

2) marisa.so is underlinked; note the lack of Requires: libmarisa.so.0()(64bit) in comparison to the python and ruby bindings:

(Note that I chose the x86_64 build simply as an example; this issue applies to all arches.)

I have built the package in rawhide, f24, and f23.
