When I checked, the build glibc-2.12-1.166.el6_7.1 is pushed recently and is not part of RHEL-6.7 , instead its in RHEL-6.7-Z. All the RC ISO had the RHEL-6.7 versions and its being noticed in RC3 ISO only. Based on BZ#1246831 and "Updating to new glibc - Game plan" meeting on July 26th, the RHEL-6.7-z build "glibc-2.12-1.166.el6_7.1" was tagged to RHGS. Also o additional builds from RHEL-6.7-Z was decided to taken to RHGS. For tracking, created RT#363422 . Also RC4 ISO[1] was spun to include the glibc-2.12-1.166.el6_7.1 build.
