I'm also affected.

HW:
- Thinkpad T440s
- i5-4200U with HD Graphics 4400
- Lenovo Ultra Dock

SW:
- Arch Linux
- Linux 4.3
- xf86-video-intel 2.99.917+478+gdf72bc5-3

Happens when i wake the system from standby in the docking station.
