Another user experienced a similar problem:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install KDE Final RC5 compose as qemu-kvm guest.
2. Boot the guest.
3. Create a standard user via initial-setup.
4. Log in to a standard Plasma session.

I see this too. For the record, it shows up in 'System' crashes in gnome-abrt, and doesn't generate a desktop notification, which makes it not a release blocker (unless the crash is causing some practical consequence that's a release blocker in itself).

I've installed KDE from F23 RC6, i686 and after I log in for the first time, this showed up.
