Description of problem:

Shotwell crashes when selecting 'Mass Storage Camera' to import photographs from SD card

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open shotwell
2. insert SD card with pictures in SD card reader
3. click 'Mass Storage Camera' to select SD card
4. crash

Actual results:
L 3721 2015-07-28 20:30:02 [CRT] checkerboard_item_set_image: assertion 'GDK_IS_PIXBUF (pixbuf)' failed
Bus error (core dumped)


Expected results:
Displays list of pictures on the SD card and allows to import

Additional info:
I'm not sure it's relevant, but the pictures on the SD card were taken in RAW+JPEG with a Canon camera. Just a week ago, shotwell was happy with the same SD card, and pictures from the same camera.

It appears that a few of the files on the camera were corrupted, causing IO errors when copied using Files. Still, shotwell should be able to recover from that.
