Patch to fix permissions for unit file in audit.spec none

Patch to fix permissions for unit file in audit.spec

The permissions on /usr/lib/systemd/system/auditd.service are 0640, which causes systemd to log notices like these:

jul 28 20:16:08 systemd[1]: Configuration file /usr/lib/systemd/system/auditd.service is marked world-inaccessible. This has no effect as configuration data is accessible via APIs without restrictions. Proceeding anyway.

The permissions should be 0644 like all other unit files. Patch to fix attached.
