Describe the issue:
It looks like there are 2 different types of explanation about converging XOR gateway in our official document:

[explanation 1]11.6. GATEWAYS
"Exclusive (XOR): in a converging gateway, only the first incoming Flow whose condition evaluates to true is chosen."

[explanation 2] 11.6.1.4. Data-based Exclusive Gateway
"if it is triggered from more than one incoming connection, it triggers the next node for each trigger."

I tested with my local environment, and the behavior is [explanation 2]. Also there is a community doc[1] which looks like only talking about [explanation 2].

Verified, there is right explanation both in 11.6 and 11.6.1.4 section.
