example to illustrate the problem

Description of problem:

THERE IS NO COMPONENT FOR GNOME VIRTUAL TERMINAL

With the default Gnome terminal, there is a scrollbar on the right, and no border on the left.

When one has to visually compare two (vi ) images, with one terminal window for vi on the left and one terminal window for vi on the right if the alignment is done by sliding the second terminal image to partially overlap the first. One cannot tell where one vi image ends and the other starts.

The problem is exacerbated if the images are aligned vertically, visually, one line of text runs into the other and creates usability problem.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Fedora 22, Fedora 23 (all current versions)

How reproducible:

Open the same file twice once from two separate gnome virtual terminal sessions.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Actual results:

Fused images

Expected results:

left border on the terminal allows for visual separation and aids viewine of output data.

Additional info:

It would be great to include this option to enable border on the left. It could be an option within edit->profile preferences.
