Description Lokesh Mandvekar 2015-07-29 15:34:50 UTC
Description of problem:
for the lack of a better place, filing this under golang.

I think we can skip the provider name like github/bitbucket/whatever from the package name.

so package names moving forward could just be golang-project-repo instead of the current golang-provider-project-repo.
This would also help when said project moves its repo hosting.

We can keep existing packages as they are given that it might be just too much work to retire existing packages and put new ones up for review.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.
