Description Jan Hutař 2015-07-30 08:53:54 UTC
Description of problem:
There is a ISE when displaying 500 systems on one Systems -> Insights -> Setup or Admin -> Insights -> Setup page

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
redhat-access-plugin-sat5-2.0.0-38.el6.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take Sat5 with >500 systems registered (I had 1176) and RHAI enabled
2. Go to Systems -> Insights -> Setup or Admin -> Insights -> Setup page
   and select you want 500 items per page (see drop-down box in upper right
   corner of the table)

Actual results:
It takes about 210 seconds and they I can see (in Firefox's network console) that the GET request died with "500". "Loading statuses..." sign on the page keeps spinning. Only this error message appears in the logs:

==> /var/log/httpd/error_log <==
[Thu Jul 30 04:44:27 2015] [error] (70007)The timeout specified has expired: ajp_ilink_receive() can't receive header

Expected results:
It should work

Is this issue still present in Sat 5.8?
