Description of problem:
Started In KDU-gui from Dolphin into directory, opening with gvim as wanted editor.

File is 42104 lines long, containing 6.233.057 bytes large, size will increase/decrease due to development and/or reorganizing the file and splitting of parts of it.

There are several patches upstream that might be related to this. I'll prepare a new vim package soon. Please try again with that and reopen this bugzilla if you can still reproduce this issue

The new version i.e. 7.4.827-1.fc22 still crashes when I open the file after updating vim, so it looks like the patches did not work out.

Trying to log the crash crashed on finding this entry in bugzilla, killed it after at least 3 hours of searching... after the download succeeded.

vim-7.4.827-1.fc21 has been pushed to the Fedora 21 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
