For non-RHEL (Ubuntu), the fix will be in Ceph v0.94.1.5. The fix for this BZ is Ceph 0.94.1.5, which is in 1.3.0 RC3. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
