Hi,

why doxygen in Fedora disables generation of HTML documents? 
Below patch sets "GENERATE_HTML" to NO.

Before 1.8.7 it was disabling only HTML_TIMESTAMP.

It breaks compilation of projects like weston from upstream git or libmusicbrainz5 and it's necessary to apply additional patches:
