Description of problem:
as realtime kernel user, i would like to have possibility to tweak bios according to manufacturer's low latency guide. in those documents are described ways to modify bios settings while system is running, therefore modification/application of such change in bios should be part of provisioning and/or beaker.

HP - hp-scripting-tools and hp-health within their repositories.
Dell - syscfg, another option is using libsmbios comming from their developers
IBM - asu, not available within repository like above, must be checked and downloaded from their repository.

those utilities do not require license number or something like that, according their 'eulas' are distributable to as many computer as user needs.

in kickstart file should be part, generated by beaker, which installs and executes conrep, syscfg or asu and run it to store current bios settings, depending on hostname/model/etc apply stored profile, for example realtime generic, virtualization generic, custom profile from url requested by user submitting job.
when returning job, default beaker settings should be applied
