Description of problem:

following https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_OpenStack_Platform_Certification_Test_Suite/6/html/User_Guide/chap-Certification_Workflow.html
3.1.10 I should click 'Run Interactive', but all I have is 'Run selected'
that runs an empty test. ( see attchment )

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openstack-tempest-master-2015.1.1-1.el7.noarch
redhat-certification-1.0-20150723.el7.noarch

How can I proceed/work around?
thanks.

Comment 1 Rohan Kanade 2015-08-12 11:43:32 UTC
Please ensure you have installed rpm "redhat-certification-openstack" and try the same process again.

Comment 2 Lenny Verkhovsky 2015-08-12 12:09:25 UTC
#rpm -qa|grep redhat-certification
redhat-certification-1.0-20150723.el7.noarch

#rpm -qa|grep juno
rdo-release-juno-1.noarch

Is this procedure supported by Juno version of RDO? I find nothing in manuals.

Comment 3 Rohan Kanade 2015-08-12 12:28:33 UTC
Please ensure you have installed rpm "redhat-certification-openstack" and try the same process again.

The rpm name is "redhat-certification-openstack" not "redhat-certification"

We do not support certifications on RDO, you have to install RHELOSP 6

Please read documentation carefully before running the test suite

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_OpenStack_Platform_Certification_Test_Suite/6/html/User_Guide/

Comment 4 Lenny Verkhovsky 2015-08-13 13:33:25 UTC
same results after following documentation.

[root@r-ufm181 ~]# rpm -qa|grep certifi
redhat-certification-openstack-1.0.0-1.el7.noarch
ca-certificates-2015.2.4-70.0.el7_1.noarch
redhat-certification-1.0-20150723.el7.noarch

Comment 5 Rohan Kanade 2015-08-13 13:55:02 UTC
can you provide a screenshot of the screen where the "Run Interactive" button is missing?

Comment 7 Rohan Kanade 2015-08-17 08:03:44 UTC
Is this issue resolved? Seems like you were able to run tests and submit results

Comment 8 Lenny Verkhovsky 2015-08-17 08:22:52 UTC
no, I've submitted results from the different server.
Can we have remote debug session, so you can see/debug it?

Or I will reinstall OS and will continue. I have too many configurations to certificate.

Comment 9 Rohan Kanade 2015-08-17 09:12:43 UTC
Please continue with certification, we can have debug session parallely if you can preserve this environment.

Comment 10 Lenny Verkhovsky 2015-08-17 10:25:02 UTC
I cannot hold this environment for a long time, if possible, please schedule debug session soon. We are working GMT+3 time zone. Thanks.

Comment 11 Lenny Verkhovsky 2015-10-01 07:12:29 UTC
please close this bug.
it's not reproducible any more, probably was fixed after reinstalling of RHOS packages.
