After upgrading Boost to the current release gazebo-5.1.0 fails to build on F23 and rawhide:

/usr/include/boost/bind/bind.hpp:313:35: error: no match for call to '(boost::_mfi::mf1<void, gazebo::gui::TimePanel, bool&>) (gazebo::gui::TimePanel*&, const bool&)'


This upstream fix is needed:

Fixed in gazebo-5.1.0-6.fc24 and gazebo-5.1.0-5.fc23
