Description of problem:
Change the cursor to hand when mouse over string "Click to list all components", like mouse over link 'Home'

Also suggest change the icon that before string "Click to list all components" to a refresh icon, not download icon. Download icon will make user thinking what I'm downloading, this make user a little confusing.
