Issue description:
In description of LdapUsers login module is sentence "The LdapUsers module is superseded by the ExtendedLDAP and AdvancedLdap modules.", but there is nothing like "ExtendedLDAP". It should be "LdapExtended".

Suggestions for improvement:
Use "LdapExtended" instead of "ExtendedLDAP" in LdapUsers login module description.
