Issue description:
Table with options for Database Login Module contains option throwValidatorError which does not exist for Database Login Module. Only throwValidateError can be set for Database Login Module, but this option origins from UsernamePasswordLoginModule (which is parent for Database Login Module) and for that reason it should not be described in Database Login Module options.

Suggestions for improvement:
Remove option throwValidatorError from options table for Database Login Module.
