Description of problem:
If the burst mode is canceled, cheese takes one more picture.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
cheese-3.14.2-5.el7.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Cheese
2. Switch to burst mode
3. Start the capture
4. Immediately stop the capture.


Actual results:
Counter stops, but the picture is still taken after the burst delay runs out (4 secs by default).

Expected results:
No more captured photos after stopping the burst mode.

Still reproducible with cheese-3.28.0-1.el7.x86_64
