Describe the issue: 
This section is missing provision for host on Amazon EC2 , Vmware , Docker and Openstack environments

Suggestions for improvement: 
Needs to include this as part of documentation at this stage in in the limbo the deploy in this environments

For example

Amazon EC2 is not tell us about the user data to generate the image inside of satellite on in the case the use of capsule in EC2 to provisioning instead to provisioning via Master satellite 6 and suggestions of templates.
