$ rpm -q clawsker
clawsker-0.7.11-2.fc23.noarch

and Rawhide GNOME Shell.

Temporary fix committed to Rawhide.

Will also push an update to Fedora 23, because else Clawsker refuses to run.

See bug 1291903 for the cause of it (a problem in rpm-build or perl-generators).
