Description of problem:
To implement RFE https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1223671 Engine gained the ability to add/del/update ssh public keys for each registered users.
This is not yet exposed on REST-API.


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to get/add/del/update user SSH public key through REST API

Actual results:
Operation not possible

Expected results:
Operation possible

all patches merged to 3.6 branch -> modified

This bug was fixed and is slated to be in the upcoming version. As we
are focusing our testing at this phase on severe bugs, this bug was
closed without going through its verification step. If you think this
bug should be verified by QE, please set its severity to high and move
it back to ON_QA
