Description of problem:
Every time I log in, the background is reset to the default(?) one. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-shell-3.16.3-1

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set a background
2. Log-out
3. Log in again
4. Note that the background has changed

Fedora 22 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2016-07-19. Fedora 22 is
no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further
