I've been reconciling our internal postfix 2.1 server SRPM and the
postfix 2.1 SRPM in rawhide.... Of the differences, the two in the
attached patch make sense for all sites:

* installing qshape and its man page - useful in tuning / diagnosing
* creating all spool dirs (2.1 has a couple of new dirs that prior
releases didn't)

Fixed in rawhide in rpm postfix-2.1.1-3.1 or newer.
