Description of problem:

For RHCI Sat6 server, unable to run foreman-rake

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

RHCI tech preview rc-1

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHCI (Anaconda and fusor-installer)
2. On the Sat6 server: foreman-rake
3.

Actual results:

rake aborted!
Please install the sqlite3 adapter: `gem install activerecord-sqlite3-adapter` 

Expected results:

No error
