Title: Create and Execute Your First Rule Using Maven

Describe the issue:
When I try the example using the <version>LATEST</version> tag, the project doesn't works. I have changed to <version>6.1.0.Final</version>, and now it works

Suggestions for improvement:
Please build the manual with a ready to use approach.
