The rubygem-listen package has been checked in for EPEL 7 some time ago, but it has not been built by Koji; please trigger the build. (It builds fine locally in mock.)

If you want to build rubygem-listen for epel7, how about being the maintainer of rubygem-listen EPEL?
Right now "jstribny" is the one. But I do not think he is active.

EPEL 7 entered end-of-life (EOL) status on 2024-06-30.\n\nEPEL 7 is no longer maintained, which means that it\nwill not receive any further security or bug fix updates.\n As a result we are closing this bug.
