Title: JBoss EAP Documentation Conventions

Describe the issue: 
The section describing what the replaceable variable "EAP_HOME" means only shows up in the EAP 6.4 Administration and Configuration guide.  Several other guides use this convention, but do not describe it.  This used to be in most of the guides as of EAP 6.1.  


Suggestions for improvement:  
All of our guides that use the EAP_HOME convention (including security guides) should include the section describing what EAP_HOME refers to.

The existing section should also be enhanced to include some of the information from:
