Although we are not officially supporting RHEL-7 with MRG-M, we do have some internal customers (OpenStack, Satellite), along with some special permission external customers.  There are some differences in RHEL-7 that change setup, etc.

We need to document differences for these users.

Known differences are listed, there may also be others:
- pacemaker vs rgmanager for cluster setup
- init scripts need to support new systemd style

Our internal customers (Satellite, OpenStack) may have already addressed these things, so it may be just a matter of seeing what they did and documenting it.
