I'm afraid it would be pretty impossible. We can try to search for any instance that is not using "document_url" like pointers to wiki, but they still can be removed by deface.

I think we should file bugs for live examples we have found in running 6.2 instances since the above grep method is a false positive.

I'm going to close this as NOTABUG and we can open bugs for mistaken links to upstream
