Description of problem:
named-pkcs11 crashed after FreeIPA restore.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install freeipa-server freeipa-server-dns
2. create snapshot
3. ipa-server-install --setup-dns
4. ipa-backup
5. restore snapshot
6. ipa-restore

Actual results:
bind-pkcs11 crashed during startup

Expected results:
working bind-pkcs11 after ipa-restore
