Description of problem:

extras 7.1.z uses python-websocket-client 0.32.0 bundled in via docker. The current build in extras 7.2 is 0.14.1. Need to ensure that the upgrade from 7.1.z to 7.2 is hassle-free.

websocket-client is now shipped in Extras as a separate package.
