Description of problem:
After upgrading to compat-libstdc++-8-3.3.3.7, ldconfig tells me that
ldconfig: /usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 is not a symbolic link (of
course it is not...). 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
compat-libstdc++-8-3.3.3.7

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Upgrade compat-libstdc++ to version 3.3.3.7 build 8 and run ldconfig.

This is fixed for me in rawhide compat-libstdc++-8-3.3.4.1
