Description of problem:
Move the following tests to extra plugins for sosreport :

 * fresh_image.py
 * network.py
 * updates.py

To be moved to sosreport/plugins as:
 * firstboot.py
 * image_freshness.py
 * network_check.py
 * yum_check.py
