* Description of problem:
For bug 1188054 we worked around a host kernel (KVM) issue (see downstream OVMF commit ac5c5785b1). Meanwhile we've been tracking the host kernel issue with bug 1189429.

The host kernel bug is being fixed in upstream <http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.emulators.kvm.devel/139628>. Once we have that series via backport or rebase, the AAVMF workaround should be dropped (in an OVMF rebase) or reverted.
