Description of problem:
When scheduling sync with a stored software profile, the schedule submit the task for immediate execution.  It ignores the date & time scheduled for the sync.

Spacewalk 2.2


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a Machine
2. Software tab -> Packages -> Profiles
3. Select a Stored Profile
4. Compare and then select software
5. "sync packages to 'profile name'
6. "Schedule action for no sooner than:"  Select a date & time in the future
7. Schedule Sync


Actual results:
Sync is scheduled for current date & time(aka Now)

Expected results:
Sync should be scheduled for the select future date & time
