Description of problem:

When I change orientation of some display in system settings - for instance rotate 90 degrees clockwise, it leaves desktop wallpaper in original orientation.

You can see on attached screenshot, that:
* displays are next to each other
* upper left desktop is overlapping to another
* krunner (ALT+F2) is in the center of overlapping wallpaper, not in the center of display

2. goto display and monitor
3. change orientation of one of your displays
4. see if desktop is also rotated
4. check position of krunner (ALT+F2)

Fedora 22 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2016-07-19. Fedora 22 is
