Description of problem:

Currently the Disks TAB in webadmin does not support searching by tag which may be usefull. For example user could assign tag to group of vms and then selects all disks belonging to this vms and does some action with them.

not available in 3.5.x

How reproducible:

there is no way to search by tags in disks tab.

Expected results:

possibility to search vm's disks according to vm's tags (for example via adding searching filter "Disks: vm_tags" to disks tab)
