Description of problem:
1. SYSNOPIS
Man page for rh-passenger40 contains wrong sysnopis.
If I try recommended way how to start service, I got error message:
RHEL-6: rh-passenger40-nginx: unrecognized service
RHEL-7: Failed to issue method call: Unit rh-passenger40-nginx.service failed to load: No such file or directory.

rh-varnish4-runtime-2.1-4

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. scl enable rh-passenger40 'man rh-passenger40'

Actual results:
1. SYSNOPIS
       service rh-passenger40-nginx start
OR
       systemctl start rh-passenger40-nginx

2. DESCRIPTION
There are several sentences about nginx server but almost none about passenger.

Expected results:
1. working command which will start servcie
2. basic info about passenger

Red Hat does not currently plan to provide any further changes to this collection in a Red Hat Software Collections update release.

This software collection is nearing the retirement date (April 2018) after which customers are encouraged to upgrade to a later release.
