Description of problem:
1) untitled document was open, I pressed enter and then backspace to delete the line
2) opened up two sftp:// files
3) while on the third tab (second sftp:// file opened, with the first tab being the untitled tab) I clicked on "X" on the untitled tab (blank document).
4) dialog saying "are you sure?" or something similar, and I clicked OK. 
5) kate disappeared
