Description Richard Jasmin 2015-09-11 04:08:43 UTC
Description of problem:
You have a preconfigured backed up firefox profile. You changed settings, added addons, etc.

You switch to icecat, which now has an empty profile. You DELETE the firefox profile and flush the trash. When you switch back to mozilla it loads your old profile, even though it no longer exists.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
22

How reproducible:
on launch

Steps to Reproduce:
1.have firefox installed
2.install and switch to icecat
3.switch back to firefox(after removing your profile from .mozilla)

Actual results:
??

Expected results:
Although a nice "feature" it presents an issue. This is simply not supposed to happen. If anything the profile from icecat should be imported as a recognized setup. No, I am SURE this did not happen.

Try to remove whole .mozilla directory - I'm sure you didn't remove the profile files. Or remove the profile by profile manager - $firefox -ProfileManager and delete the profile there.
