spec changes

Description of problem:

medusa.spec has extra configure line for x86-64 to set modules path to /usr/lib64/medusa/modules but it is no longer needed as upstream code uses %_libdir properly. Otherwise package would fail on secondary 64-bit architectures :)

Changed in rawhide - thanks for spotting that.
