Description of problem:
It would be helpful to users of respin media (or rebuilds such as CentOS and Scientific) could utilize the addons to provide additional package sets during interactive installs.

.treeinfo contains addon/variant locations *relative* to base URL or media root.
Remote contents should be provided as a remote repository in Anaconda UI or kickstart.

Daniel does make a good point here.  Further discussion led to us changing to devel_ack- on this one.
