Describe the issue: 
"Example 15.8. SSLSocketBuilder configuration" contains:

      <!-- The algorithm for the key manager factory.  Default is SunX509. -->
      <attribute name="KeyManagementAlgorithm">SunX509</attribute>

This is not a valid attribute for that object, and breaks EAP startup if this is included.

Suggestions for improvement: 
Remove this invalid attribute from the instructions.
