Description of problem:
If an older version of nss_ldap is upgraded to the latest in RHEL3,
the existing config file /etc/ldap.conf is renamed to
/etc/ldap.conf.rpmsave, and the default config file it put in it's place.

What should have happened is that the new default config file should
have been labelled /etc/ldap.conf.rpmnew, and the existing file left
as is.

This bug is filed against RHEL 3, which is in maintenance phase.
During the maintenance phase, only security errata and select mission
critical bug fixes will be released for enterprise products. Since
this bug does not meet that criteria, it is now being closed.
