Description of problem:
yum grouplist does not list console and nagios groups on a RHEL6.7 machine. When installed a ISO of RHGS3.1 based out of RHEL6 and trying to do 'yum grouplist' lists console and nagios groups.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHEL6.7 machine
2. Enable console and nagios repos using subscription manager
3. Run the command 'yum grouplist'

Actual results:
yum grouplist does not list console and nagios groups.

Expected results:
yum grouplist should list console and nagios groups.

Closing this as CANTFIX, because fixing of yum groups in CDN repodata is not feasible.
